Hahaha...yeah and as promised...i complied all the errors for the math revision package...so sorry i posted it so late cos i just did it today, previous days i have been mugging for my SAT...

1) Permutations and Combinations
Please make the following changes to Q9 from the above-mentioned topic:
The second part of the question should read:
Find the number of ways which he could accomplish his task if no adjacent doors are to be painted the same colour, and all 5 colours are used.
The part in bold is missing.

2) Vectors
Q4. Answer for last part should be (1.5,-0.5,2)
Q7. The equation of plane pi_2 should be r.(4i+3j-k)=8

3) complex numbers
Q1(ii) typo..arg(w) and not z
ans for Q2 - range should be (7pi/8)<=arg(z-2)<=pi or -
pi< arg(z-2)<=(-7pi/8)
ans for Q3(i) - greatest value is 6 and not 2sqrt(6)
